Generate Item Supply Plan Status Failed

After 2019.1 release, we are encountering the status failed issue and below is the error message.

Error during execution of SQL query. Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (NLCOMPANY.ALLINVENTORYDEMANDTRANLINE) violated - child record found BAD SQL STATEMENT:DELETE FROM TranLine WHERE kDoc = ? Bind Variable #1: 3424257 (java.lang.Integer)

Is anyone facing the same issue? Any insights would be much appreciated!
