Unexpected On Hand / Available in a specific bin
As the title suggests, a client indicated an issue with their On Hand vs Available counts for a specific bin, which we'll call Bin A. What I know is below:

[*]The user who raised this issue is brand new to NetSuite, had limited training, and cannot explain what they were doing before they encountered the issue
