Item availability restrictions

Hello Everyone,

We like to know if it is possible to mark an item not available to be sold in certain locations. For example, a special book is not allowed to be sold in a certain city and/or country. Is there an out of the box solution available in NetSuite itself or is there a bundle we can install?
