'Project Resource' as recipient in Workflow Manager

I have created a workflow and I would like one of the states to email the person listed as the resource on the project, a notification that they have been assigned a project.

In the 'Send Email' action for the Project record, it appears there is no 'Resource' field.

Am I missing something?
