Workflow send email action/custom actions
Sorry if this is mentioned elsewhere, but I didn't see it anywhere... When I tried to send an email via a workflow action using an email template, none of the data tags in the subject line were merged with the data, though the email body merged fine.
I was able to work around it by writing a custom workflow action script to send the email, but thought I'd mention the issue because it is definitely a bug...
Another small but annoying problem, if you create a new custom workflow action script it doesn't seem to be available if you want to add it as a new action to an existing state. It shows up in the list if you create a new state and add an action to it.
