Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Workflow feature Request - invoke from SuiteLet POST
I'm just getting stared with Workflows and it appears they are tightly coupled to records. We use SuiteLets and Assistants for many operations here and the SuiteLet and Assistant are more than just a presentation of a record. They have fields that are only used in processing the submitted form, fields from multiple related records, etc.
It would be cool if Workflows could be invoked from a SuiteLet or Assistant POST. Maybe you could expose a new Custom Record option called "POST Sink" (or something). You could define fields (and IDs) that correlate to the fields being posted from the SuiteLet or Assistant. By using a construct like this you could let the WorkFlow system treat it pretty much like a regular record with the exception of event type filtering, saved searches, etc.
