Setting up a workflow drip marketing for 'idle' clients
Basically we want to setup 2 workflow drip marketing campaigns, one for contacts who have purchased starting from perhaps a point in time and another for contacts who have not purchased at all (lets call them 'idle' contacts).
It seems to be that workflows will only work if something is triggered, could I for instance setup a workflow for all the idle contacts? In theory the first email to the them would not be triggered by an event.
This brings up another question, is it possible to setup a workflow to send out emails to a static group of contacts?
