Workflow Feature
Here is what I want to happen..
1 case is created .... email is sent to assigned Rep
2. Case is updated (assigned Rep changed) .... Email to Rep and Supervisior
3. Case is updated for any other reason..... Email to sales Rep
I can send with no problem on create of the record I am haveing issues when I try to get it to send on update of assigned rep.
Any assistance would be great.
