Workflow creating a task with contact details...
Hi Guys,
I just created my first work flow - Not super easy, but I'm wrapping my head around it and love it.
I've configured a work flow so that when a new customer registers via an online form, the Workflow creates a Task for the appropriate Sales Rep to contact the customer.
I've gotten the new Task created and the Company field is mapped correctly using "Current Record".
But how do I get the contact field to also be populated in the Task? If I use Current Record I get:
Invalid contact reference key 28308 for company 28308.
I imagine this occurs because the "Current Record" is a customer record, not a contact record. Somehow, I'll have to select the Contact child record for the "Current Record".
