CSV Import does not trigger workflow
I have spent a number of weeks fully testing a series of Workflows, we are now ready to release these in our live account, however we cant trigger any workflows that meet the relevant crteria when we import via csv, I should add this is in our live account, not sandbox.
I'm sure many Net Suite customers use the import or web service function to add new leads into the system so I'm thinking there must be a solution, although i have just spoken to a support rep who advise me that this is not possible by CSV import? Can someone please confirm. Manualy adding leads to trigger workflow is not an option for us due to volume.
