2010.2 - orphaned workflows suddenly spring to life

edited Dec 2, 2019 3:41PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

Folks,

I started getting a bunch of errors from a few drip marketing workflows after our upgrade to 2010.2 today, as follows:

ID : 73849 The record you are attempting to load has a different type: customer from the type specified: lead.

It seems that a Lead:New had a drip marketing workflow start on it, then it was merged into a Customer:Closed Won, and on 2010.1 the workflow just got orphaned - it stopped making any scheduled transitions but did not exit.

With the 2010.2 release NetSuite has started complaining by email about all such cases (every 30 minutes) which is great, I'm very happy to be made aware of these - I'm just not sure how to solve them.

Howdy, Stranger!
