Setting a field in workflow
Hi Folks,
We dont do credit card processing ( under terms we have Credit Card ) but one of the things we wanted to do was to check to see if Terms was set to N30 but there's info in either of the Credit Card # field or Card Holder fields that the workflow would fire and auto change the field from N30 to Credit Card - then send an email to the creator of the document to let them know what happened..
Works fine.. except for the over-riding of the Terms field.. hope someone out there can assist..
