Scheduling Workflows and Actions
My goal is to set a field on the item record to checked when the item is returned in my saved search alerts. I have created a scheduled workflow set to Released with the saved search selected.
I see that by default, the search will run every 30 minutes to find records that meet the conditions of the workflow.
I'm confused though about how to set the trigger for the Action that sets the field value. Should that also be set to Trigger on = Scheduled with the saved search selected? Then the most frequent option I can set is every hour. So how does it run the workflow every 30 min as well as the action every 1 hour?
