How to Go to Record in New Window?
I created a workflow "go to Phone Call" when a user saves an Opportunity record. This removes the need to click the standard "Log Call" button which a user must do every time they save an Opportunity.
I would like the user to go to Phone Call in a new window so they can still access the Opportunity Record. Currently it takes them to the Phone Call form in the same window and the user can't view both the Phone Call and Opportunity forms at the same time.
Any thoughts?
