Beginner question regarding workflow

Hello all,

I'm making another attempt at learning how to setup workflow, after my disatrous first attempt 6 months ago. I've gone through setting up the 'Lead Nuturning workflow' in the help section (you know the one where you send a webinar and depending on response, it will go to state 2 or 5).

The only real difference between my setup and the example is that I have set the time delays for the emails to go out after 1 hour.

So I have set this up no problems and have set release status to 'Testing', I assume that I should get the test emails, but haven't received anything as of yet?
