Workflow schedule only once a day

I need a workflow have a scheduled initiation but only once a day, not every 30 minutes. For email marketing purposes:

- If a customer ordered 7 days ago, send email 1 (criteria to pull customer based from saved search)

- If a customer ordered 30 days ago, send email 2 (criteria to pull customer based from saved search)

etc
