Contract Expiring in 90 days Email Alert
Hello,
I am trying to put together a workflow that send an email to the director when a client contract is expiring in 90 days. I first tried to do this with a saved search email alert, with contract expiring within 90 days (scheduled the workflow to run daily) and i received the same results each day.
What I really want to do is send an email to the client director when the contract hits 90 days before expiration and only want it to fire that one time.
Is this possible without creating the custom entity field for date and doing the workflow schedule? Or is that the way to go?
