Workflow triggering w/ no results in webstore
I have a workflow that I've created to check the partner field and copy the info to another field and set the partner to null. Pretty simple. I can see that the workflow is running in the webstore but it isn't changing the fields. I also have it set to run in the UI and it works if I just open the customer record and save it even without making any changes.
I have it set to trigger after record submit, execute as admin, release status released.
Is there some other setting that I'm unaware of that is necessary to act on webstore orders?
