Email Nurturing Campaign Issue with Send Email
Hi,
I hope someone will be able to help/provide guidance regarding the workflow on lead nurturing campaign. I had placed a ticket through support but it has been over two weeks and still no resolution. Case number 1489790
I have a workflow set up to send out an email campaign when a new lead enters our system - this part works great. The second part I wanted to do was send an email to the sales rep when the lead clicks thru in the email. This is where I can not get this to work at all.
