basic Estimate workflow setup ?
hello, i followed the support help for setting up a basic workflow approval process, but it doesnt seem to work.
basically.
1. record is created, it sets the field to pending approval. unless the supervisor is the one entering it.
2. record saves, emails to supervisor. supervisor then is suppose to have an approve or reject button option on the screen, it then emails sales rep and customer once approved.
first issue is the approve / reject buttons. when our sales reps enter the record. it sends an email to the supervisor. who then should be able to look at the estimate and click the approve or reject buttons. but they dont show.
