Yet another workflow question/issue...is Sales Order 'total' not the total?
So I have this nifty workflow finally working that triggers off item fulfillment and/or cash sale...it looks to see if the Sales order status is "billed" and if it is, it fires off a thank you email.
Very cool.
So I wanted to enter one additional condition. I want to only send out emails where the Sales Order is greater than zero.
So I added a condition on the workflow [Created From : Status = Sales Order:Billed And Sales Order : Total > 20.00] and ran an order for $30....no email.
I went ahead and tried putting the condition on the State....also no email.
