Workflow : Create Record (Task) Action
I am creating a Workflow with Record Type = Transaction; Sub Type = Sales Order, that has an Create Record action within a State to create a Task record. Is there anyway to update a custom field (List) on the Sales Order upon changing the Task status to complete? Is this the Subscribe to Record action?
Also the SO does not link to the Task - normally found on the History : Activities sub tab when a task is manually created directly from the SO. Is this possible or is the act of linking the SO and Task not possible within Workflow?
Any insight would be appreciated!
