Worflow Conditions Ignored?
Hi everyone,
I'm somewhat new to writing workflows, and I'm trying to create one to automate our item fulfillment and billing process. The workflow is initiated "On Update" of a Sales Record and a new button is created. This button performs the actions necessary for the automation I am trying to accomplish.
I only want the workflow to initiate and create the button if certain criteria are met (proper role, subsidiary, and status of the sales order). The problem is no matter what conditions I place on the initiation of the workflow, it ignores them and the button is created on the Sales Order regardless.
