Set Field Value to a date 2 business days from today

Hi.

attempting to build a workflow with a 'Set Field Value' action on triggered by 'After Field Edit' that causes a date field to populate with date two business days from today.  I can't find it in the list of drop-downs.  Not  strong with custom formulae so hoping someone who is can help me out.

So for example, assume workflow meets condition to populate the field.  If today is Friday June 1, workflow populates field with Tuesday June 5.  If today is Tuesday June 5, workflow populates field with Thursday, June 7.

Any suggestions?  thanks!
