Help with reference committed field
I need help with a workflow that checks for backorders. We want to compare # on order with # committed. The problem is, inventory is not committed until the order is approved. We automate some of our approvals. I want the backorder workflow to fire after the orders have been approved. It works fine if they are approved manually, but I can't get it to work if the order is approved by the workflow.
Any help?
I can't run it scheduled or with a delay, because the smallest unit is 1 hour which is too long.
How can I get the backorder workflow to fire after the record has been committed?
