Workflow Ignores "Is Not" Condition?
I am trying to set up a workflow that sets some default fields on the customer record when the Country is not United States. If I set Country = (every other country), it exceeds the number of characters allowed.
I'm using the condition builder. I have tried saved search and formula also, and I have tried setting the condition on the actions as well. It will set fields when I set a condition to equal a value (Country is any of United States), but it does not work when I say Country is none of United States. The actions are running on Before Record Submit, but it doesn't work on After Record Submit either.
