Don't Want to Store Workflow Email as Case Message
I've created a workflow that sends an email anytime a case is updated. I've noticed that this email is then stored as a message on the case's Communication tab. I don't want this to happen because then the customer (via the customer center) can see it.
Is there a way for a workflow to send an email without it being stored on the transaction? On some transactions I want this to happen and it makes sense. I'm just hoping to toggle it on and off.
