Create Record - Add Attendees to Events

Is it possible to add Attendees to Events using the Create Record Action in a Workflow?  I have a custom record that I have successfully built a workflow to create events but don't see a way to add an Entity and a Sales Rep as attendees.

Let me know if anyone thinks this is possible or if they have any ideas.
