Old Record Workflow.
Hoping someone can guide me onto the right path here.
Trying to do a simple workflow that detects that the ship to address on a Sales Order or Invoice has been changed from what it was, and to display a message to tell the person to reprint the paperwork so as to update the paperwork bundle for filing purposes.
I did the workflow as Record Type Transaction, subtype SO and Invoice. Initiation is "On Update" and as a Before Record Submit". I think it's my condition that's failing here ( i've tried 2 here hence the OR condition ). I hope someone can point out the error of my ways..
