Scheduled Email for Customer Statement

Hello everyone,

I am pretty new to Workflow and would like to ask whether we can create a custom Workflow to set up an automatic schedule for sending customer statements?
There are a few I would like to have NetSuite send their statements to them the first of the month.

Any thoughts would be really appreciated
