Instant notification when an invoice is paid
Hi all,
I am hoping someone can help me with this seemingly simple request. On occasion a sales rep wants to know that an invoice has been paid. His main reason is he doesn't want to commit to more work if if he hasn't been paid.
I created a saved search with invoice number and payment date but cannot get it to filter a particular invoice number. (and I am not sure if that is the way to go)
Could the invoice trigger an email to the sales rep as soon as the status is changed to Paid in Full?
