lock a Sales Order but still allow webservices to update it?
Hi, just learning workflow and wondering if this scenario is feasible?
We have a 3rd party warehouse managment system connected via web services.
[LIST=1]
[*]The sales reps, when finalising a sales order, select a custom drop-down field and select a status of "1-send for picking".
[*]The WMS scans for new orders periodically with this status and pulls them accross and sets the status to "2-in WMS"
[*]When picking commences, another status message is sent back to the netsuite sales order "3-in picking". In theory at this point the reps should never edit an order to add/remove items or change prices.
