Setting up Workflow to help minimize Fraud
I am looking to set up a workflow in our system to minimize some Fraud we have coming in.
We have some fraud people that create new accounts on our website but use the same phone number every time.
I would like to set up a workflow to notify my team via e-mail immediately when these particular phone numbers are entered into NS. Can someone help get this set up?
