Duplicate Expected Closed in Opportunity into new custom field

Hi,
I would like to know whether it is possible to duplicate 'Expected Closed' in opportunity into a new custom field 'Initial Expected Closed'. The 'Initial Expected Closed' will be varied even if sales rep is changing 'Expected Closed'. Purpose management want to monitor how many times sales rep change expected closed during pipeline review.
How can this achieve using SuiteFlow? Anyone can provide help and steps?
