Workflow to Create Sales Order from Return Auth.
I'm trying to setup a button in the Return Auth. that will create a sales order Transaction entry from the Return Auth. screen using Workflows.
This is how far I got (not very far)
Workflow: Transaction - Return Auth.
State 1: Add Button (Generate Sales Order)
I can seem to find the transition to make it create a sales order on the click of "Generate Sales Order" button
State 2: Create Sales order
Any help or thought to what i'm not seeing? Ultimately I hope to drag the same address/item reference information in RMA to the sales order entry information so it does not need to be entered again.
