Create Echosign Document from Transaction

I am trying to emulate the send for signature action on a proposal (estimate) transaction. In my workflow I am trying to use the create record action with an Echosign Document. So far I am getting an error:

Action execution FAILED: Error: A file must be attached to save the record.


The only Value Field in the drop down for File is PDF File ID.

How can I attach a PDF of the record I am on?
