Adding image file to Item Record via Workflow

Hello,

I would like the ability to add a specific image file from the File Cabinet into an item record. The only condition would be to add the file if the Picture (custom field) is blank.

Tried to accomplish this by using the action of set field value, but I'm having a tough time figuring out how to set the field to a file name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
