Go To Page action

I have a very simple Workflow working on Support Cases, simply setting some field values via a Button - however after the fields are set and the form is submitted, I'd like the end-user to then be redirected to a different page.

I've added the Go To Page action to the State, using After Record Submit - but the page isn't being loaded.

Have I missed something obvious?
