Action - Conditions to fire

Hello,

I'm trying to write a workflow that will set the shipping cost on a Sales Order to $0.00 if the customer spends over $200.00 ex tax and ex freight. if the customer spends less than this, then they will be charged shipping.

My conditions are:
- Customer = Parent and all Subs
- subtotal = over $200.00

I can't figure out how to find the customer/ parent and subs or the subtotal fields on my SO.
