How do I stop an inactive workflow from processing on a record?
I created a workflow to e-mail open estimates to customers. I set it to released because it is a scheduled event. Later I edited it to change the time the email is sent. The emails were then sending on both the first time I saved the workflow & also on the 2nd time. I decided to start over & made the workflow inactive.
Now the workflow is still processing the records that had started in the workflow.
How do I stop an inactive workflow from processing on a record?
Thank You, Peter
