Workflow question

Who do I contact for a error in workflow?

I have found a drop down selection for a condition that has a field name and then if you look at the formula in custom formula view it is obvious that an incorrect {fieldname} was used (a {fieldname} that doesn't even exist).

It took me a while to locate this bug.  Just wondering if anyone can fix it at NetSuite and who that person would be.
