Workflow on Customer Payment Transaction

I am trying to place a button on the Customer Payment Transaction form in order to streamline the sending of payment receipts.  I have similar workflow on other transaction types.  I cannot seem to get this Transaction Type to enter a workflow.  Is this Transaction not supported?
