Workflow not allowing set field value for "Assigned" on phone call record
Hello,
I am trying to create an easy scheduled workflow that changes the Assigned to field on a Phone Call Record to whoever the sales rep is on the joined Company record.
The workflow updates all other fields but for some reason it just will not update the Assigned field.
Any ideas to why?
