Estimate requires approval if Price Level = Custom

I would like to write an Estimate Approval workflow that will trigger if the Price Level for the item selected is Custom (i.e. not an existing Price Level). However, when I go in the Workflow Condition, "Price Level" is not a field that I can select. Any ideas on how I can implement this? Thanks!
