Set field Values in Purchase Order from Linked Support Case via Workflow
I'm having trouble setting field values in a new purchase order from a linked support case.
I don't see any option in the record (join field) for the linked support case
If I go about it the opposite way, I've created a 'Create PO' button on the support case, and did a go to record for a purchase order. This way I can add fields from the support case, but then the two records aren't linked.
Am I missing something obvious, or is this a deficiency in what you're able to do in workflows?
I believe this is possible using scripting, but sadly I have no ability in scripting.
