Send email when a project task is completed

Hello!

I'm facing some dificult here to send an email when a project task is completed.

The message should be sent just when an user change the status to completed and not always that a task with status completed is updated.

Following my workflow config:

Record Type: Project Task
Inactive: No
Release Status: Testing
Initiation: Event Based
Events: On View Or Update (I think the issue is here but I don't know what should I change it for)
Trigger Type: After Record Submit
Trigger On: Entry
Condition: ({status}='Completed' and UPPER({title}) like '%'||UPPER('IP:')||'%')
