How to include items purchased in a workflow confirmation email

Hi All,

I want to create a workflow that will send a confirmation email to the customer after they ordered a product(s) on the website. In this email, I want to include a name, product Id, and quantity ordered from the sales order for items purchased. Is this possible to do? I don't see any tags available...

I understand there is a table in the web template emails, this table requires that we show price though. We can not show the cost of the product due to the nature of our business so we are looking for a different route on confirmation/shipping emails..
