Advanced Approval Workflow - Change Super Approver

Hi,
We are using the Advanced Approval workflow from NetSuite - how do we change the name of the "Super Approver".  I found a video that refers to a approval tab within HR on the employee record, but that does not seem to be live yet.

I looked through the NSTS - GAW scripts, but can't find anything.

Any thoughts?
