Customer online form for iPhone

Hi,

I just want to ask if there is a way to view the entire online customer form in a mobile device (iPhone?) At the moment, when accessing the form via safari browser in my iPhone, it will show me the labels but the fields were all cut (so I need to scroll-right to view the whole fields to enter data).

If there is no way, is there an online form tool which I can embed in my contact page and eventually saves the customer data into Netsuite?

We wanted to have an online customer form which will look better (labels & fields are completely visible).
