Need to merge / consolidate 2 instances of netsuite - HELP!

Hi,

We are merging two companies together, which currently both use Netsuite. Therefore we will now only want to use one instance of netsuite. Both companies have netsuite websites.

We own both the companies currently, and run them from the same permises with the same staff, so have decided to now run them as one limited company, therefore now only needing one instance on Netsuite.

I would be very interested in talking with anyone who has experience in undertaking such a project.
